At Amara, we are committed to processing and delivering your order with care and efficiency. Please review the following shipping guidelines before placing your order.

Amara Activewear is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by USPS or any other carrier.

The customer is 100% responsible for providing a correct, complete, and valid shipping address at checkout. Amara Activewear is not responsible for typographical errors, incomplete addresses, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

If a customer identifies an address error, they must contact Amara Activewear immediately via email, Instagram, or phone, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, address changes are not guaranteed. A USPS Package Intercept may be attempted upon customer request. This service carries a $30 fee paid by the customer and does not guarantee recovery of the package.

If a package is returned to Amara Activewear due to incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable address, or recipient refusal, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping again or may choose in-store pickup. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Amara Activewear is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, carrier errors, weather conditions, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.

📦 DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, Amara Activewear is not responsible for replacement or refund.

Customers must contact USPS directly to file a claim or investigation. Amara Activewear may assist by providing tracking information, but responsibility lies with the carrier once delivery is confirmed.

🏷️ STORE CREDIT POLICY

Amara Activewear does not issue refunds to the original form of payment. All approved returns, cancellations, or order adjustments are processed as store credit only, unless otherwise stated by Amara Activewear.

Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash value, and may only be used online or in-store.

Store credit will be issued only after returned items are received, inspected, and approved.

Shipping fees, return labels, restocking fees, and applicable service charges will be deducted from issued store credit.

Store credit cannot be combined with gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash.

💳 CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By placing an order, the customer agrees not to file chargebacks without communicating with the store first for packages marked as delivered, delayed shipments, address errors provided by the customer, or any situations covered under these policies.

Any chargebacks submitted under these circumstances will be disputed using delivery confirmation, tracking records, store policies, and customer communication history.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent banning from future purchases.
